Emily is part of the buying team at Ralph Lauren and was previously an assistant buyer for Anthropologie.  Emily's style is flawless and eclectic, mixing femininity and edge.  She also has the most fabulous accessories EVER, trust me, as her former roommate I am very familiar with her jewelry box and bags (man oh man those were the days).
